We built this industrial fan heater for one thing: getting the job done. No-nonsense, heavy-duty spot heating right on the factory floor. It runs on 400V, which is exactly what most industrial three-phase lines deliver. So you can plug it in and wire it up without needing any extra voltage conversion. Nice and simple. The 300mm tube length? We thought long and hard about that. It’s the sweet spot—giving you enough surface area to throw off serious heat, but still staying compact enough to fit into a crowded machine enclosure. And with 2500W packed into that space, you get a lot of heat, fast. Seriously fast ramp-up. You hit your target temperature quickly, which keeps things moving.
Inside the design: the guts that make it work.
At the core, we use a halogen element inside a quartz tube. This design keeps the filament clean, so the output stays consistent over the lamp’s life. No dimming, no blackening. Just steady, reliable heat. The tube itself has a special coating, too. It’s made to take the heat and handle those sudden temperature swings without cracking under pressure. For the connection, we went with an R7s base. It’s tough, it’s standard across the industry, and it gives you a solid electrical contact every single time. That means installation is straightforward—just a clean, drop-in replacement for what you already have.
Where it shines—and what to keep in mind.
This heater was made for jobs like PET blowing, where you need to heat a specific spot quickly and keep tight control. The high wattage in a small footprint gives you focused energy exactly where you need it. But here’s the thing—packing that much power into a 300mm space creates a lot of localized heat. So you’ll want to make sure your machine’s cooling system is up to the task. It’s about protecting the components nearby from heat stress and keeping the ambient temperature in check. Plan for that, and you’re good to go.
